To help delegates to set the appropriate style and tone for an SOC in the real world by enabling leaders to engage in conversations with employees and contractors so that the outcome is a reduction in both personal and process safety risks. Course aims to provide opportunities for delegates to practice SOC techniques in a training environment in preparation for their own application when on site.
