Aims
To train delegates in the principles of banking a crane using hand and radio signals, in the correct slinging of different types of loads, and in the safety precautions to be taken whilst working with cranes.

- Regulations related to lifting operations;
- Safety precautions to be taken whilst working with cranes;
- Correct use of different lifting equipment;
- Correct use of hand and radio signals;
- Carry out pre-use inspections on equipment to ensure safe lifting;
- Slinging loads and ensure they are secure and ready for lifting.
